Spring has definitely sprung... finally! I love having the windows open and feeling the cool breeze. Although it has gotten a little warm and it's only April. Saturday morning Zac woke up up bright and early at 6:30am. I had gotten off work at 1AM and didn't get to bed until 3AM! Obviously I went back to sleep while Ryan got up with our son. They went to the grocery store soon after and Zac was Daddy's buddy all weekend. He helped him in the yard, went to Home Depot, worked in the yard some more, and went with him to get dinner- Zarda's- MMMM Good!
Sunday we ran errands. We went to Babies R Us and bought a new big girl carseat for Valerie. They have reached the weight limit on the infant carseats. Luckily we only needed to buy one because we are using the one Zac used last year for Vanessa. We planted petunias in the window boxes on the front porch and played in the back yard. We grilled Italian sausages and had baked beans and tater salad for dinner. Easy and yummy dinner! Zac didn't have a nap, so he was ready for bed. Ryan went to bed early and I had all the kids in bed by 8pm. Ahh finally peace and quiet for this tired Momma.
Big girls drinking out of their sippy cups. Val is smiling for me while Nessie is chugging down her water.
Zac helping Ryan mow- not really he's just sitting on his lap!
Vanessa not sure about taking some baby steps.
Love these outfits! (from Great Grandma Jane) They've been wearing 1-2 new birthday outfits each day. Val is on the left this time.
I like Zac's face. His mouth was full- he's showing me the bun from his gummy Krabby Patty.
1st time in their big girl carseats!! They're not sure about it! Val-R
Zac finally gave up and fell asleep. He was on a roll ALL weekend long!
Let me tell you, this is a tight squeeze! But I am not buying a new car! We're keeping the Jeep as long as we can.
Nessie making her funny face!
She loves sitting forward and having more room. She kept kicking her legs up and down.
